Please click here the schedule page. Use the filters to select 'Summer 2010 Playoffs' and then your 'Division' to see your schedule.
Remember a player MUST have played in four (4) regular season games to be eligible to participate in the playoffs.
Note the following rules regarding playoffs:
If a team is behind in the score within the last five (5) minutes
of the game, the on-ice Captain may call a 30-second time out.
A time out may be declined by the Refereeor the Timekeeper due to time
constraints.
If the game ends in a tie, a shoot out will determine the winning
team. There is no overtime.
Each team will have five (5) players for the shoot out, the players
will be chosen by each team before the beginning of the game by placing the numbers 1 to 5 beside the
names on the roster sticker.
If this is not done, it will default to the first
five (5) players on the roster.
A coin toss or a puck toss will be used to determine which team
shoots first.
If the game is still tied after the five (5) players have shot, a
sudden death shoot out will take place. Each shooter will be chosen by the on-ice Captain.
After both teams have shot, if one has scored
and the other has not that team will be declared the winner.

The 2010/11 Winter Season registration is now open!
Due to the limited space and high retention rate of existing teams we are not able to immediately advise teams of open positions. We are however accepting teams for the waiting list. There is no cost to be placed on the waiting list.
To note, priority entries will be based on the following:
Teams with their own weekly ice booked (Sept-Mar)
Returning teams from Winter 2009/10
Summer 2010
New applicants
Please follow the links for more information on the WRAHL and details on the 2010/11 Season.
Please note we will be instructing our officials to enforce the following rule:
51.n: When one or both defensemen, point players, or any player coming from the players’ or penalty bench of the attacking team, enters deeply into the attacking zone (the top of the circle being the limit) when a gathering is taking place following a stoppage of play, the ensuing face-off shall take place at the nearest face-off spot in the neutral zone, near the blue line of the defending team.
This is to lessen the amount of gathering that occurs in front of the net during stoppages. Most problems occur here and we hope this will assist in keeping the play competitive and the stoppages safe for all.

Please remember that either SMOKING or ALCOHOL consumption is NOT allowed on arena property. This includes not only inside the facilities but also the surrounding area such as the parking lot.
As per Rules and Regulations, ANY player of a team who is found violating this rule may result in the ENTIRE teams expulsion from the League.
We respect choices of players but understand many of the rinks we use have establishments that are licensed for this type of activity.
Do not let one occurance ruin your team's continued participation in the League.
Hurry-up Face-Off Rule

At a stoppage of play, the official who will be dropping the puck will go to the face off location and begin counting 5 seconds. During these first 5 seconds the visiting team can complete their line change. After the first 5 seconds the official's arm goes up signalling the visiting team is done and the home team has 5 more seconds to complete their line change. At the end of the second 5 seconds the official's arm comes down and he blows his whistle and within 5 more seconds the puck will hit the ice - regardless of where players are. If, when the puck hits the ice, there are players who are offside, the whistle is blown immediately and the offending team is issued a warning. The face off then goes again. As long as all players are on side when the puck hits the ice (regardless if there is a center man at the dot) play shall continue. Second offence results in bench minor penalty for delay of game.
Summary:
Stoppage of play, 5 seconds for visiting team to change, official's arm up, 5 more seconds for home team to change, whistle blow, puck hits the ice after 5 more seconds (total of 15 seconds). In theory, an entire stoppage of play should only take 15 -20 seconds max.
