Appeal Process
In order to appeal disciplinary decisions, please follow the process below. ONLY the General Manager with the team may complete the steps:
STEP 2: Pay the invoice that will
be sent to you.
Once BOTH steps are complete,
the Case Manager will review the incident. Note, the time for review depends on
details required. For more information on the appeal process please check out
the current Rules & Regulations section.
IMPORTANT - Filing an
appeal does NOT guarantee a reduction of the suspension.
Three possible outcomes may result of an increased detailed review of the
incident:
- Agreeing with and upholding the
original decision made by the Case Manager;
- Lower or eliminating the original
decision; or
- Increasing the original disciplinary
decision.
