Message from WRAHL - COVID 19 |

As everyone is aware, there has been a recent escalation regarding COVID-19 in Calgary. WRAHL is committed to the health and safety of our participants, officials, and fans. We will be communicating on anything that may impact our ability to provide our service. Currently, all facilities are fully operational and games will remain scheduled.
As we progress into the postseason, please keep in mind what actions you can follow to assist in the spread of any illness and maintain personal health and fitness:
- Wash hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and following a game;
- Wear a face shield;
- Do no take out your mouth guard and clean it before and immediately after use;
- Do not spit on the ice or in the players bench;
- Do not share water bottles;
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth;
- Clean your equipment regularly; and
- Replace the postgame handshake with gloves on �fist bump�.
Finally, if you are experiencing, fever, cough, difficulty breathing or other flu-like symptoms, stay home and away from others, contact your healthcare provider. If you have symptoms contact Health Link 811.
